Refund policy

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to purchases made  from www.primedealstore.co.uk operated by Prime Essential Commerce Ltd (Company Number: 17036699), registered in England and Wales.


1. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

If you are a UK or EU consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing at:

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.


2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be unused

  • In original packaging

  • In resaleable condition

  • Returned within the required timeframe

  • Customer will pay the return shipping charges
  • Returns accepted for 14 days

We reserve the right to reduce the refund if goods show signs of excessive handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Perishable goods

  • Hygiene-sensitive items once opened

  • Digital products once delivered

Unless faulty.


4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:

  • Of satisfactory quality

  • Fit for purpose

  • As described

If goods are faulty or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 30 days

  • We will offer repair, replacement, or refund

We may request photo evidence.


5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

  • Processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty


6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us first before initiating a chargeback.

If a chargeback is filed:

  • We reserve the right to submit evidence to the payment processor

  • Accounts associated with abusive disputes may be restricted

Fraudulent disputes may be reported to relevant authorities.
